It is April (April fools day). I still don't feel 100% from being sick on Tuesday. The question is how much this has effected my training. I have been eating ok, so I should be ok to run, but what toll will the sickness have on it? I was scheduled to run 5 miles today.
Due to some unusual circumstances, I didn't get started running until 10:30. This didn't help as well.
Ended up running a bit slower than normal, but felt ok. I was ready for the 5 miles to be up.
5.01 miles, 46:56 minutes, 9:22 minute mile, 753 calories.
That is actually faster than my goal pace for the 26.2 miles. In light of all circumstances, I felt pretty good.
